Lamb
Our Lamb are born and bred here at Wigginton Fields Farm where we lamb our flock of 300 ewes in March every year.
From here our lambs are looked after by our family team of Richard, George, William and Edward where they work around the clock to care for the new born lambs and their mothers.
At around 5 days old the lambs are big enough to be turned out to our grazing fields with their mothers where they continue to grow on their mothers milk and Wigginton Fields pastures.
Our lambs welfare is our number one priority which is why they are checked twice a day, everyday making sure they are always healthy with full access to feed and water. Our lambs are solely grass fed giving them a lean finish with ab even fat coverage.
Our lambs are processed locally where they can be available in whole or half boxes. These are to be collected by yourselves on our chosen collection days throughout the summer months. We do not offer delivery due to being an additional cost and the risk which is associated with delivery.
